Here is (3) RARE original 8 x 10 inch candid portraits of actress, ILONA MASSEY being photographed by Virgil Apger during her final screen test for costume, hair, make-up and overall appearance. Publicity for MGM’s 1939 film, “BALALAIKA”. These photos come from Ilona Massey’s Personal Collection and are possibly unpublished images! Overall the (3) photos are in FINE to VERY FINE condition with minor surface, edge and corner wear. The last image is a Double Weight photograph with a Matte Finish. Rare Offering!
