This is a RARE original circa 1940’s 8 x 10 inch studio portrait of actress, ILONA MASSEY taken in New York City while she was appearing in the “ZIEGFELD FOLLIES”. Portrait by DE MIRJIAN. She was billed as “the new Dietrich and this portrait personifies that statement. A lovely Deco style aviator blonde view complete with a WWII US Air Force Pin. From Ilona Massey’s Personal Collection. The photo is in VERY GOOD condition with some surface, edge and corner wear. The image has a beautiful blended tonal quality.
