This is a RARE original 8 x 10 inch full length publicity portrait of band singer and starlet, JANET BLAIR showcasing her fabulous form in this beautiful two-piece swimsuit. A fun and perky cheesecake view for her film debut in Columbia Pictures 1941 comedy, “THREE GIRLS ABOUT TOWN” Portrait by TAD GILLUM. Photographers Stamp on verso. During World War II, she appeared as a pin-up girl in the March 1944 issue of Yank Magazine. She made a string of successful pictures but is best remembered for playing Rosalind Russell’s sister in “My Sister Eileen” (1942) and as Rita Hayworth’s best friend in “Tonight and Every Night” (1945). The photo is in VERY FINE condition with a crease on the lower left hand corner.
