This is a RARE original circa 1946-50, 8 x 10 inch LINEN-BACKED portrait of Howard Hughes beauty, FAITH DOMERGUE. A haunting negligee view as the hot blooded femme fatale, Columba della Rabia who seeks revenge for her father’s murder. Publicity for the controversial Howard Hughes film, “VENDETTA”. Principle photography started in 1946 through United Artist’s but the film was plagued with production problems due to Hughes’s constant interference with Directors. The film was finally released through R.K.O Pictures in 1950 at a staggering cost of 4 million dollars! The photo is in VERY FINE condition with some wear along the top border.
