This is a VERY RARE original circa 1948, 7.5 x 9.5 inch borderless press portrait of bikini clad pin-up model, IRISH McCALLA receiving a surfboard lesson at a beach in Santa Monica, California. Well Documented Photo! A rare candid view of the 20 year old bombshell beauty who was the inspiration of artist, Alberto Vargas. She later would gain minor screen fame in various “B” film productions and for her role in the television series, “Sheena, Queen of the Jungle” (1955-56).
