This is a RARE original circa 1951, 7 x 9 inch Candid Press photo of the always radiant AVA GARDNER and comedian BOB HOPE share a welcoming embrace. The colourful duo were teaming up to entertain several thousand servicemen at Port. Hueneme, Oxnard, California. Well Documented Photo! The Paper Caption attached also mentions she is rumored to marry Frank Sinatra once he obtains a divorce from his current wife, Nancy. Date Stamped Oct. 22, 1951. The photo is in VERY FINE condition with some surface wear from handling. There is also minor waviness to the bottom border. I do combine shipping on multiple items.
