Description

This is a RARE original 8.25  x 10 inch publicity portrait of actress, AUDREY HEPBURN in a striking close-up that showcases her elegant sophistication and dazzling allure. Portrait originally taken by BUD FRAKER. Unmarked portrait, but well documented sitting. An iconic glamour view for Blake Edwards 1961 romantic comedy film, “BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY’S”. The film was theatrically released by Paramount Pictures on Oct.5, 1961, to critical and commercial success. Hepburn’s portrayal of Holly Golightly is generally considered to be one of her most memorable and identifiable roles. She also regarded it as one of her most challenging roles, since she was an introvert required to play an extrovert.

The film received five nominations at the 34th Academy Awards: Best Actress (for Hepburn), Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Production Design, winning Best Original Score and Best Original Song for “Moon River”. The photo is in VERY FINE to EXCELLENT condition with minor corner wear and a small edge tear on the right side border. Absolutely Gorgeous, One of her Best! I do combine shipping on multiple items.
