This is a RARE original 8 x 10.25 inch full length publicity portrait of actress, BARBARA SHELLEY showcasing her gorgeous gams. A glamour style pin-up view for Hammer Film Productions 1961 British horror film, “SHADOW OF THE CAT”. The film was released through Universal Pictures-International. She was best known for her roles in horror films during the late 1950’s and throughout the 1960’s and was nicknamed the “Queen of Hammer”. Some of her more memorable roles included, “The Camp on Blood Island” (1958), “Blood of the Vampire” (1958), “Village of the Damned” (1960), “Shadow of the Cat” (1961), “The Gorgon” (1964), “Dracula, Prince of Darkness” (1966), “Rasputin, the Mad Monk” (1966) and “Quatermass and the Pitt” (1967).
