This is an original circa 1961, 8 x 10 inch publicity portrait of swimsuit clad beauties, CONNIE FRANCIS, DOLORES HART, YVETTE MIMIEUX and PAULA PRENTISS as the fun foursome in MGM’s coming of age comedy film, “WHERE THE BOYS ARE”. The film was aimed at the teen market, featuring sun, sand and romance. It was released in the wintertime and inspired thousands of additional American college students to head to Fort Lauderdale for their annual spring break. Where the Boys Are was one of the first teen films to explore adolescent sexuality and changing sexual morals and attitudes among American college youth.
