This is an original 8 x 10 inch publicity portrait of actor, MARLON BRANDO and Tahitian beauty, TARITA relaxing on the beach in Tahiti. A gorgeous candid shot of Brando and Tarita taken on-location during production for MGM’s 1962 film, “MUTINY ON THE BOUNTY”. Printed Caption on verso. Tarita aka Tarita Teriipaia would receive a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the film. Romance soon blossomed on-set between Marlon Brando and Tarita and they married shortly after filming was complete in 1962. The photo is in VERY FINE condition with minor wear.
