This is a RARE original 7 x 9 inch studio portrait of actor, DAVID JANSSEN hosting the “HOLLYWOOD PALACE” Television show in 1965. Unknown starlet, RAQUEL WELCH appeared as a “Billboard Girl” on the show. The back of the photo is Date Stamped, Feb.6, 1965. This is one of the earliest shots of Raquel Welch. By the end of 1966 she would be internationally hailed as the “1966 Sex Goddess”. With images of her in a scantily clad fur bikini in “One Million Years B.C” and in a skin tight rubber suit in “Fantastic Voyage” , she cemented herself as the new 60’s sex symbol.
