Description

This is a RARE original circa 1970, 8 x 10 inch publicity portrait of Playboy model and actress, SUSANNE BENTON  well poised in her undies in this pensive view that utilizes light and shadow to accentuate her flawless form and femme fatale demeanor. This “B” film beauty achieved a somewhat successful career but was limited to various roles that emphasized her physical perfection. She was best remembered for her role as General Dreedle’s WAC in the Mike Nichols black comedy, “Catch-22” (1970) and as the seductive, Quilla June Holmes in L.Q. Jones sci-fi thriller, “A Boy and His Dog” (1975). During her early film roles she refused to disrobe for her parts, despite the requests of Universal Studio executives but did appear topless in Playboy Magazine’s May 1970 issue.
