This is an original 8 x 10 inch publicity photo of complete opposites, WILLIAM BENDIX (ship stoker, Hank Smith) and the beautiful socialite, SUSAN HAYWARD (Mildred Douglas) looking pouty and elegant in this posed scene portrait for United Artists 1944 film, “THE HAIRY APE”. The film was based on the Expressionist play by Eugene O’Neill. The photo is in VERY FINE condition with minor edge and corner wear. I do combine shipping on multiple items.
