This is a VERY RARE original circa 1948, 7.75 x 9.5 inch borderless studio portrait of 20 year old, IRISH McCALLA posing in a swimsuit from her very early modeling days. She is best known as a “Varga Girl ” for pin-up artist, Alberto Vargas and for her role in the television series, “Sheena, Queen of the Jungle”. The photo is printed on thinner paper stock with a Matte Finish. It is in VERY FINE condition with some trimming to the borders. An extremely scarce “test’ shot and possibly an unpublished image!
