A gorgeous glamour view for R.K.O’s pre-code romantic adventure, “BIRD OF PARADISE”. Well Documented Photo! Bird of Paradise created scandal when it was released due to a scene featuring Dolores del Rio swimming in the nude. The film was made before the Production Code was strictly enforced, so nudity in American cinema was still fairly common. Orson Welles praised her highly erotic performance in the film. The photo is in VERY FINE condition with minor wear. I do combine shipping on multiple items.
