This is a RARE original 8.25 x 10 inch publicity portrait of 17 year old ingenue, FAITH DORN aka FAITH DOMERGUE in a striking glamour view for her film debut in Warner Bros. 1941 film-noir style musical, “NEW ORLEANS BLUES” aka “BLUES IN THE NIGHT”. She was discovered at the age of eighteen by media and aircraft mogul, Howard Hughes and signed to a contract with Hughes’ R.K.O Radio Pictures. Domergue earned the reputation of “scream queen” for her appearances in sci-fi and horror “B” films, “Cult of the Cobra”, “It Came from Beneath the Sea” and “The Atomic Man”, all released in 1955.
